Practical guides for the daily Juno workflows: capture work, connect calendars and inboxes, plan a realistic day, focus, and close the loop.

Settings

Ritual settings

Tune the morning, focus, and shutdown flows to match how you actually work.

1 min read

Open Settings -> Rituals.

Morning ritual

Shutdown

  • Workday end - used by reminders, calendar projections, and end-of-day planning.
  • Automatic end of day reflection - start shutdown at the end of your day.

Focus settings live separately

Open Settings -> Focus to configure focus and break reminders, pomodoro mode, durations, sounds, and the floating focus bar.

Tips

  • Try the rituals at times that suit your working day. You can start them manually if automatic prompts do not suit you.
  • Keep shutdown focused on reviewing progress and deciding the next step for unfinished work.
  • Pair shutdown auto-prompt with Settings -> Contexts & Schedules so they fire at the same boundary.
