Integrations

Inbox and integrations

Review email, issues, pull requests, and external tasks before choosing your daily work.

1 min read

Juno is designed for work that starts somewhere else. Connect the tools that create commitments, then decide what deserves time in your day.

Where inbox work appears

Connected sources appear in the integrations sidebar beside your planner.

Common sources include:

  • Gmail and Outlook - emails, labels, folders, drafts, replies, and archive actions.
  • GitHub - issues and pull requests.
  • Linear and Jira - issues, status changes, labels, comments, priorities, and assignments.
  • Asana and Todoist - tasks, projects, labels, priorities, comments, and completion actions.

Turn outside work into a Juno task

When an external item needs your time:

  1. Open it from the integrations sidebar.
  2. Review the content without switching apps.
  3. Add it to Juno as a task or drag it into the day planner.
  4. Add an estimate so the plan reflects the real workload.

This keeps Juno from becoming another inbox. Only committed work enters the plan.

Reply, triage, and archive

When a provider supports it, Juno lets you act without leaving the planning flow:

  • Archive or mark items as read.
  • Complete tasks or change issue status.
  • Assign items to yourself.
  • Add labels, tags, priorities, comments, or due dates.
  • Reply or forward emails.
