What Juno is

Juno is a personal daily planner for people whose work is scattered across tasks, calendars, emails, issues, and meetings. You gather commitments, decide what matters, and shape a day you can actually finish.

Use Juno to build a daily planning routine:

  • Capture tasks from your own notes, email, calendar, and work tools.
  • Plan against the time you really have with calendar-based planning, not an optimistic empty day.
  • Focus on one task at a time with focus mode and track what actually happened.
  • Shutdown with the shutdown ritual so tomorrow starts from a clean state.

Your first 30 minutes

  1. Sign up on juno.do and confirm your email.
  2. Open the onboarding flow and complete the calendar connection step (skip if you only want tasks for now).
  3. Add 5–10 tasks you already know matter this week. Use the + button at the top of any column or press C while hovering a column.
  4. Open Plan in the toolbar to start the morning ritual. Review unfinished work, choose priorities, and schedule tasks around your calendar before confirming the plan.
  5. End the day with Shutdown to mark progress and decide what rolls over.

What to do first

Start small

  • Start with a few commitments you already know need your time.
  • Try a morning ritual with those tasks; your list does not need to be complete.
  • Connect one integration, use it in a plan, then add others as needed.
  • Check your meetings before adding work. Estimates, schedules, and calendar projections are how Juno tells you whether the plan fits.
