Integrations troubleshooting
Fix the most common integration problems before contacting support.

Generic recovery flow
First check that you are online, using the right account, and viewing the intended filters. If Juno reports a connection or authorization problem:
- Open Settings -> Integrations.
- Click the affected integration.
- Click Reconnect and complete the provider auth flow again.
- Return to the integration and refresh its items.
If nothing imports after that, narrow the scope (fewer projects, fewer labels) and try again — the provider may be limiting requests.
Gmail
- No emails arrive — confirm you've labeled or starred at least one email matching the configured filter, then reconnect.
- Permission errors — Gmail tokens require specific scopes. Reconnect to re-grant them.
- Wrong account synced — disconnect and reconnect, choosing the right account on Google's screen.
Outlook (mail)
- Nothing imports — confirm the Outlook account is the correct mailbox and that the configured folder/category is being applied to incoming mail.
- Token expired — Microsoft tokens expire periodically; reconnect.
GitHub
- Issues missing — confirm you have access to the repository and that the issue matches the selected view and filters.
- Org repos not visible — your org may require admin approval for the Juno OAuth app. Ask your GitHub admin to approve it.
- Token revoked — reconnect.
Linear
- No issues appear — confirm the workspace selected during connect contains issues assigned to you.
- Wrong workspace — disconnect and reconnect to switch.
Asana
- Workspace mismatch — check which workspace is selected in the integration and switch to the one containing your tasks.
- Tasks missing — verify they are assigned to you (collaborators don't sync as assigned tasks). Imported work can then become Juno tasks.
Jira
- Cloud vs. Server — Juno supports Atlassian Cloud (OAuth). Self-hosted Jira Server or Data Center is not available today.
- Issues missing — confirm the assignee filter and the JQL scope you configured.
Todoist
- No tasks sync — check the selected view and project filters. Try All tasks to see whether a filter is hiding the work you expect.
- Recurring tasks — Juno imports the next instance, not the full series. For Juno-managed recurrence, use Repeating tasks.
Calendar (Google / Outlook)
These live under Settings -> Calendars, not Settings -> Integrations. See Calendar settings.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] with:
- The integration name.
- What you expected vs. what happened.
- Approximate time of the last sync.
- A screenshot if relevant.
