These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Juno application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Juno Space S.L. ("Juno", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Juno is a personal productivity application that provides task management, calendar planning, focus and planning rituals, and optional integrations with third-party services. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use most features you must create an account, including via Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. By purchasing a subscription you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings or via the receipt provided by Paddle. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.
The Services may let you connect third-party accounts (for example, Google Gmail and Google Calendar) to enable additional functionality. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Juno's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Juno's access to your connected accounts at any time from within the Services or from the relevant provider's security settings.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content and data you create or submit through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Your Content), are owned by Juno or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will always be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juno from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date or notifying you within the Services). Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juno regarding the Services.
